How It Works
Getting started is simple. Every family is unique, so we'll begin by understanding your child's needs before deciding on the most appropriate level of support.
Step 1 – Get in Touch
Send me a brief message via the contact form, email or WhatsApp, outlining the sleep challenges you're experiencing.
Step 2 – Free Discovery Call
We'll arrange a free 15-minute phone call at a mutually convenient time. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your concerns, ask questions and explore how I may be able to help.
Step 3 – Personalised Recommendation
Following our call, I'll send you a summary of what we discussed along with my recommendation for the package that I feel best suits your family's needs. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed.
Step 4 – Book Your Package
If you're happy to move forward, you can securely book and pay for your chosen package online.
Step 5 – Sleep Assessment
Before we begin, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire and keep a sleep diary for 48 hours. This allows me to build a comprehensive understanding of your child's sleep patterns, routines, temperament and your family's individual circumstances.
Step 6 – Your Personalised Plan
I'll carefully review all the information you've provided and create your personalised sleep plan or prepare for your consultation, depending on the package you've chosen.
Step 7 – Putting the Plan into Practice
Once your plan is ready, we'll begin putting the recommendations into practice. Depending on the package you've chosen, you'll receive follow-up support via WhatsApp or email, providing guidance, reassurance and any adjustments needed as your child progresses.
If you would like additional guidance at any stage after your package has ended, one-off top-up consultations can also be arranged.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep. Every recommendation is tailored to your child's temperament, developmental stage and your family's values, using gentle, responsive and evidence-informed methods. My aim is not simply to improve sleep, but to help your family build healthy, sustainable sleep habits while nurturing a secure parent-child relationship.
