I offer gentle, personalised sleep support online and in your home, with daytime and overnight support available. I take time to understand your child as an individual, looking at their development, sleep, emotional needs and your family life as a whole. Together, we’ll find an approach that feels right for your child and works for your family.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a gentle baby and child sleep consultant?

A gentle baby and child sleep consultant supports families with their child's sleep using responsive, emotionally attuned methods. I don't use 'cry it out' or any technique that requires leaving a child alone to cry. Instead, I look at the whole picture — including your child's development, temperament, routine, sleep environment and your family's individual needs — to find a solution that works best for your family.

Will my baby have to cry at all?

Change can be frustrating for babies, so some crying as they express themselves is normal. However, you will always be there to comfort and respond to them. We never ask you to go against your intuition or leave your baby distressed without support.

How long does it take to see improvements in my child's sleep?

Every child and family is different, so there isn't a set timeframe. Some families notice changes quite quickly, while others need more time and support. We'll work at a pace that feels manageable for your family, making adjustments along the way when needed.

What ages do you work with?

I support families from the newborn stage through to 7 years old. The approach is always tailored to your child's age, development, temperament and individual needs.

Do I need to stop breastfeeding to improve my baby's sleep?

Absolutely not. Sleep support can work alongside breastfeeding for as long as it feels right for you and your baby. We'll look at feeding, sleep and settling together and find an approach that supports your baby's needs while respecting your feeding choices.

What information do you need from us to start?

Before our consultation, I'll ask you to fill out a detailed sleep log and questionnaire covering your child's routine, diet, temperament, and your family's specific sleep goals.

What happens if we have a setback in the future?

Sleep isn't always linear. Illness, teething, developmental changes, travel and changes in routine can all affect sleep. I'll help you understand how to respond when things change, so you feel confident adapting your child's sleep support as they grow.

Do you work with children with autism or ADHD?

Yes. Every child experiences sleep differently, and children with autism, ADHD or other neurodevelopmental differences may need a more individualised approach. I take time to understand your child’s sensory needs, routines, development and temperament, and tailor the support around what works for them and your family.

Do you offer online sleep consultations?

Yes. I offer online sleep consultations to families across the UK and internationally, so you can access personalised support wherever you live. We’ll talk through your child’s sleep, routines and any difficulties you’re experiencing, and I’ll create an approach tailored to your child and your family.

Where do you offer in-person sleep support?

I offer in-person sleep support across Hertfordshire, North London and surrounding areas. Depending on the type of support you need, this can include consultations in your home as well as daytime or overnight care. If you live further away, online support is available across the UK and internationally.
